Brian received his bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He is a Vietnam Era Army veteran.

Brian and his wife Terri have been married for forty years. They reside in Goodyear with their beagle, Baxter. Their children, Dianne and Robert, are a source of pride and enjoyment. Brian is a member of AZVeteransLead, an organization to assist military active duty personnel as well as other veterans, and a member of the American Legion. Brian and Terri are also volunteers in the Palm Valley community.
