Jim came to FFEC from a successful career, first with Merrill Lynch then Morgan Stanley, where he won the Director’s Award in 2004 and was producer of the Dallas radio show, “Straight Talk on Investing.” Shortly after his arrival, he was joined by G. Brent Morton and together they form the OmniWealth Management Group (OWMG) at FFEC.
OWMG believes in a “passive” investment philosophy, utilizing a Global Asset Allocation Strategy within a diversified portfolio. Instead of attempting to “beat” the market, their emphasis is “being” the market. The approach involves utilizing investment principles to capture stronger exposure to the factors that drive returns of an efficient market.
As an Investment Advisor and AIF®, he is brand neutral in finding the best solution to achieve his clients’ goals and dreams. OWMG utilizes a sophisticated wealth management platform that aggregates the clients’ financial picture into one composite view of their finances. This allows for comprehensive management and collaboration with the client’s other advisor’s, such as CPA’s and attorneys.
Jim volunteers hundreds of hours for numerous charities and enjoys showing dogs and horses with his wife CJ and daughters Zoe, Macie and Violet.
