Returning home from overseas in 1969, I accepted my honorable discharge from the military. I immediately applied and was accepted to start a new career as a Registered Representative (Financial Advisor) on Wall St. with the old Bache & Co. Forty-one years later I still love what I do and the people that I work with. My clients are my friends and they employ me to help them achieve their financial goals.

Most of my clients are getting ready to retire or have retired already. We tend to agree that the primary objective is protecting what they have accumulated and look forward to using during their retirement. They all want and need some growth and they, and I, believe in proactive management. In times such as these you cannot ignore what is going on and "buy and hold" has failed too often.  I meet regularly with clients to review account performance and to be sure that things are going in the right direction and make alterations if necessary.

I have no minimum account size, but it is difficult to manage less than $100,000 for purely practical reasons. I invest in stocks, municipal and corporate bonds, annuities, and life insurance products where appropriate. I also use a few specialty investments if they fill a need.
