Richard grew up in Youngstown, Ohio and joined the United States Marine Corp immediately following high school. After serving in Desert Storm, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He currently resides in Scottsdale with his wife, Helen, and his two children. Rich enjoys running marathons and being a Dad.
