Joseph E. Hubbard, CPA®, CFP®, is Director of Keystone Capital Advisors. He has over 20 years’ experience in tax, investment and wealth management. He started his public accounting career with Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers. As a CPA®, he worked with business owners and executives on their tax, financial, estate and investment planning.   Maintaining his commitment to financial planning he later served his clients as a Senior Vice President in a large Midwest bank’s trust department and a regional Registered Investment Advisory firm.

Joe holds a degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from California Polytechnic University and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Denver, where he received a full scholarship.

Joe continues to teach continuing education for CPA® practitioners and attorneys on investment and financial planning subjects at the University of Denver’s Continuing Professional Education Section of the Graduate Tax Program. He is also a contributing member of the University of Colorado’s “Business Economic Outlook”, which serves as our state’s economic forecast.

In addition to his qualifications as an Investment Advisor Representative, Joe is a Colorado Licensed CPA® , CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

On a personal note, Joe is married to Anne Hubbard and they have one daughter, Elizabeth Ruth, and are expecting another addition soon. As a family, they enjoy cycling, snow and water-skiing, culinary pursuits and community service. Joe has also co-chaired the Colorado Regional Wine Judging for the American Wine Society the past three years and serving in various community service roles.
