Anne Perry started her investment career in 1985 with Smith Barney.  She then became a retail trader at EF Hutton in the municipal bond department. Anne focuses on developing financial plans based on individual’s needs and goals. Communication is critical with relationships with clients. Anne helps clients with connecting their goals and creating a roadmap to financial independence.  Honesty, transparency, and communication are the key to a rewarding practice.

Anne graduated from Regis University in 1983 and has since been enjoying the Colorado living with her husband and flourishing grown kids.

LCM, which operates under First Financial Equity Corporation, is a fixed income asset management firm specializing in fixed income strategies for municipalities, pension funds and private individual accounts.  LCM also provides fixed income consulting to a number of private clients.

Mark Lindau has been in the fixed income management business for over 30 years with most of his career at Merrill Lynch.  Mark held many training seminars for Merrill Lynch advisors over the past years. In addition, he taught finance courses at Southern Illinois Graduate School of Business, Meramac Junior College and taught fixed income management at numerous public educational seminars.  Mark has also written articles over the years on the fixed income markets for numerous publications.

Mark majored in Economics at the University Of Nebraska Undergraduate School of Business and in Finance at the Southern Illinois Graduate School of Business.

The LCM team includes Mark Lindau, President of LCM, and Jennifer Frey, Account Executive.

Since 1996, Michael Lee has been helping clients try and achieve their financial goals.  Michael has worked at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and RBC. He enjoys the freedom and independence of a small more personal firm. He calls himself a local in Aspen, CO with his wife Susie and his twelve-year-old son Lucas. He stays active in the local community by serving as is an officer of the Aspen Men’s Golf League, a long time Aspen Elk’s Lodge member, as well as an active volunteer with several local youth sports teams.

Bruce “Brett” Emmeluth Jr. is a Senior Vice President – Investments in First Financial Equity Corp’s Denver Tech Center office. Brett started in the financial services industry in 2003. Prior to transitioning to FFEC, Brett worked as a financial advisor at both Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Before moving into financial services, Brett worked as a software engineer for AT&T Broadband. Brett received an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Brett strives to provide world class, customized financial advice and investment solutions to a select number of individuals, institutions and families. Brett proactively and personally works with clients to integrate the multidimensional aspects of their finances. Where appropriate, Brett will personally introduce clients to specialized experts (in taxation, estate planning, etc.) who may further illuminate on financial solutions for his clients’ particular situations.

Brett enjoys spending time with his family, and following the CU Buffaloes football team as well as the Denver Broncos. Brett and his wife, Jamie, and daughters Jaden and Kuryn, reside in Castle Pines, CO.

Peter Sigal has made a career in the financial services industry providing planning and investment advice to individuals and institutions for over 30 years. He began at Dean Witter Reynolds in Palo Alto, California with a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. During his 24 years with Dean Witter/Morgan Stanley, Pete directed marketing and sales for the taxable bond division, led sales for the CreditSource mortgage lending program, headed marketing for the Financial Institutions Group, and managed the firm’s Nashville Vanderbilt and Houston Greenway Plaza branch offices.

More recently, he was a founding member of Charles Schwab’s executive services team, which provided guidance and personal financial advice to directors and executives of companies whose employee stock plans and 401k plans were administered by the firm.

Pete has been a dispute resolution arbitration panelist with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He’s an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Dallas/Ft. Worth, the Dallas Association of Financial Professionals, and is currently finishing up his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANER™ (CFP®) curriculum at Rice University.

His personal interests are in his children’s continued growth and education at the University of Texas, Austin, along with travel, running, biking, swimming, sailing, hiking, fishing, skiing, and short distance triathlons. His most memorable day hikes include Half Dome peak in Yosemite National Park, Mt. Whitney, and the Grand Canyon to Phantom Ranch.

Pete counts his volunteer time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children, as one of his most heart wrenching, but fulfilling experiences.  “Blessed with a safe and nurturing childhood, and having provided the same for my children, I felt I had more to give, so I reached out to this special community with more than just my checkbook.”
